About Our Trays
MAX Alloy’s custom-built trays feature a variety of options and styles to suit a huge range of vehicles.
Select a tray from our range below or use them as the basis for your own Custom Tray that we’ll build especially for you.
Our trays come standard with:
- a tray deck rated to 2 tonnes
- 230mm high double-skinned gates with a built-in internal channel (including 4 x M10 eye bolts and channel nuts).
- 63mm headboard with welded mesh.
MAX Alloy trays are manufactured to the highest standard for fit and finish. We use the best quality materials and our trays are repairable. Available in a zinc or powder-coated finish, you can even watch your tray being built in our Wyong factory!

SERIES 1 FLEET
MAX Alloy’s Fleet Trays are heavy duty, 100% Australian made, and great value.
Perfect for Tradies, the Series 1 Fleet is available in an aluminium mill finish as a plain installation. We can also customise the tray so it fits what you need to do.
The Series 1 Fleet come standard with double-skinned gates with tie-off points on the internal tray-side of the gates and 4 x eye bolts.
The MAX Alloy Series 1 Fleet Tray deck has a rating of 2.0 – 2.5 tonne.
